Can I switch plans later?
Yes — anytime, in either direction. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as one monitor?
Each URL or endpoint you watch is one monitor. An HTTP check on acme.com + a port check on acme.com:443 = two monitors.
How are alerts billed?
Email, Slack, Teams, Discord, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, and webhook alerts are unlimited on every plan. SMS alerts are unlimited within reasonable use; phone-call alerts (Business only) are unlimited within reasonable use.
What's the annual billing discount?
Pay annually and get 2 months free — effectively a 16.7% discount on every plan.
